Urgency

I read a quote this morning from John Kotter:

" Instilling urgency...is critical to getting organizations to switch directions; arguing the...case using facts alone won't create that urgency."

I need to keep the right lind of urgency going in my life. People do what is urgent. I need to focus on the important things. Good organization will keep me from always working at the point of deadline.
