Change is constant

Back home after a great time of encouragement and equipping at the E2 conference. Now the task of letting the new ideas and understanding take root. One of the sessions yesterday dealt with understanding the process of change. God will give us one change at a time. It is important that we don't always just go with the staus quo. Change needs incubation time. If we look at the church as a tree with branches rather than looking at it as an orchard, we see that variety is exciting and positive.
