Small beginnings

Zechariah 4:10 "Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin..."

Great rivers in our lives begin as small trickles before becomming a great flow. One of the great things we can do for our mental well being is to recall where we have come from. Documenting and recalling the paths that brought us to where we are helps us to appreciate and understand our current state and potential future state. Seeds grow into great trees. Appreciate the small things today.
